Here Kate was snapped with Lily and husband Lens Wiseman just recently at LAX airport.
She really should stop smoking though! Here she was snapped in Santa Monica a few days ago.

do celebrities not believe in letting their children walk? I swear when you see a photo of a celebrity with their child their feet are never touching the ground.

They probably carry their children for safety reasons. Being celeb babies, they are constantly bombarded by the paparazzi and who knows what kind of whacko stalker might try to snatch them away! What an OOAK purse she’s toting.
