Model mom Claudia, 36, was snapped out with her two children in Notting Hill. Her son Caspar is 3 (will turn 4 on January 30th!) and her daughter Clementine is 2.

They are cute and OMG her daughter is a mini-Claudia! Wow she is identicle to her mommy! How sweet is that! Wish we could see more of them I think she has beautiful babies!

Claudia is beautiful so are her children. Look at that cushy sheepskin they get to sit on, looks warm and soft. Looks like they were out shopping. It’s cute how the bag says LOVE and is right above her kids head. Cute picture.

I swear, the first time the kids actually look like the mom. Sometimes I think the kids always look like the dad. Not these kids though!
