Ryan Sutter On Breastfeeding: I Just See Boobs

Asked by MomLogic to compile a list of 10 Things You Don’t Know About Dads, Ryan Sutter, who welcomed son Max, with his Bachelorette wife Trista, in July, admits seeing breasts will never get old.
“Even when you’re about to breastfeed, we get turned on because we’re guys and we just see boobs,” he names as his number 1 “thing to know.”
Elsewhere on the list, the 33-year-old firefighter admits to other naughty deeds, such as noticing 25-year-olds who walk by (“That’s why we never leave home without our sunglasses!”) and not “realizing” there’s a dirty diaper around.
“Sometimes we ‘don’t realize’ they have poopy diapers and let you discover it,” he writes.
And don’t think all men have tough skin — dads, Ryan says, are sensitive as well. “And sometimes we feel fat.”
But he feels nothing but love when chatting about family life — with his buddies.
“We don’t just talk about beer and sports with our friends,” Ryan reveals. “We actually talk about being dads and how much we love our kids and wives.”

It doesn’t make him a pervert to enjoy seeing breasts, even if its during breastfeeding, it makes him your average heterosexual male. My husband would probably say the same thing, and he’s anything but a pervert. Men just like breasts, no matter how they come.
And who doesn’t appreciate the few of other good looking folks even when they are involved in a committed and loving relationship?

A baby with two faces was born in a northern Indian village, where she is doing well and is being worshipped as the reincarnation of a Hindu goddess, her father said Tuesday.
The baby, Lali, apparently has an extremely rare condition known as craniofacial duplication, where a single head has two faces. Except for her ears, all of Lali’s facial features are duplicated — she has two noses, two pairs of lips and two pairs of eyes.
“My daughter is fine — like any other child,” said Vinod Singh, 23, a poor farm worker.
Lali has caused a sensation in the dusty village of Saini Sunpura, 25 miles east of New Delhi. When she left the hospital, eight hours after a normal delivery on March 11, she was swarmed by villagers, said Sabir Ali, the director of Saifi Hospital.
“She drinks milk from her two mouths and opens and shuts all the four eyes at one time,” Ali said.
Rural India is deeply superstitious and the little girl is being hailed as a return of the Hindu goddess of valor, Durga, a fiery deity traditionally depicted with three eyes and many arms.
‘Leading a normal life’
Up to 100 people have been visiting Lali at her home every day to touch her feet out of respect, offer money and receive blessings, Singh told The Associated Press.
“Lali is God’s gift to us,” said Jaipal Singh, a member of the local village council. “She has brought fame to our village.”
Village chief Daulat Ram said he planned to build a temple to Durga in the village.
“I am writing to the state government to provide money to build the temple and help the parents look after their daughter,” Ram said.
Lali’s condition is often linked to serious health complications, but the doctor said she was doing well.
“She is leading a normal life with no breathing difficulties,” said Ali, adding that he saw no need for surgery.
Lali’s parents were married in February 2007. Lali is their first child.
Singh said he took his daughter to a hospital in New Delhi where doctors suggested a CT scan to determine whether her internal organs were normal, but Singh said he felt it was unnecessary.
“I don’t feel the need of that at this stage as my daughter is behaving like a normal child, posing no problems,” he said.

And this folks is why we are no farther along with Breastfeeding in public. Because some people can’t get past boobs and see a way to nurture your child. Between her being worring about fitting in her (-) size jeans and him getting turned on by breastfeeding mothers boobs, this is one couple I’d like to hear less and less about. They both need to grow up.

I can understand the breastfeeding/boobs thing, he’s a guy, to a point. I wish it wasn’t so sexualized but it is and as a woman I’ll continue to breastfeed my child because it’s not sexual to me.

Instead of changing a diaper he prefers his child sit in poop… that poor child and the diaper rash he must have.

No where in there does it say that she breastfeeds or that he’s referring to her boobs, and I would be willing to bet that because she was so worried about fitting into her “skinny jeans” 3 months after giving birth that she doesn’t / didn’t breast feed. IMO he’s talking about any womans boobs who breastfeeds.

Whenever they do television interviews she seems to do the majority of the talking, and after reading these comments from Ryan I can see why.
For the most part I like this couple, but I can’t for the life of me figure out why they are still in the public eye. At this point in their lives they are basically just the average suburban couple and I see no reason why they should be in magazines and on t.v. every couple of weeks. I think an occasional update of former reality show participants can be interesting (and by occasional I mean once every 2-3 years or so), but the press acts like the public is crying out for constant updates.
