Geri Halliwell Says That Motherhood Healed Her Relationship With Victoria Beckham

Geri Halliwell says her feud with Victoria Beckham ended with major help from some maternal bonding.
The rift that began when Geri quit the Spice Girls in 1998 and continued when Posh left her off the guest list for her wedding to David Beckham. Now the pair speak regularly and their children are playmates, according to Britain’s You Magazine.
“I have huge admiration for Victoria,” said Geri. “She had her boys with her the whole time and she’s done such a great job with them – they are all so well mannered and caring. Victoria and I are actually the biggest supporters of each other. We feel really proud of one another.”
Geri credits their kids with bringing the two back together. “Romeo [Beckham] is just so sweet with Bluebell,” she shared, adding that Cruz Beckham, 3, now enjoys play dates with Geri’s 23-month-old daughter Bluebell, and that she’s shopped with Cruz’s brother, Brooklyn, 9, too.
“The reunion was an amazing experience – everything I wanted it to be and more,” said Geri, who has launched a series of kids books about her 8-year-old alter ego, Ugenia Lavender.
“It was very healing just being with the girls. I love their company.”

Geri seems down to earth … Posh not so much but apparently she’s popular so it must be working. I guess I just don’t understand the famous for being famous thing … like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.
As for me, I’m much more comfortable in jeans and flats at the park but because Posh would rather wear designer dresses and high heels doesn’t make her a bad mother. They all seem pretty happy.

I think this is just an unflattering picture of victoria….she is normally quite striking and beautiful…and I have seen her perform with the spice girls 3x. She comes across as friendly and fun and likeable to me anyways…certainly not “scary”, or “dreadful”….
