Chris Evans has announced that he is expecting his first baby with golf-pro wife Natasha Shishmanian.

The beaming Radio 2 DJ broke the news on his internet blog, posting a scan of the six-centimeter fetus.

Chris, 42, joked that the child, believed to be due in six months, is called ‘Baby DJ.’

He said: ‘How does one put this? Alright, I suppose it goes something like, introducing Baby DJ.

‘Mother and 6 cm human both officially rockin.
‘I think that’ll do for today. Lots of love.’
The scan shows the tiny baby curled up with its hands under its chin.

The child will be the first for Chris and part-time model Natasha, 28, who wed last August.

It will be Chris’s second child - he has a 21-year-old daughter, Jade Ward, from a previously relationship.

A friend of Chris Evans said: “Chris and Natasha are both over the moon.

“They are really settling into married life and thought it was perfect timing for a baby.”

Meanwhile, Chris’ ex-wife Billie Piper is also pregnant with her first child with new husband, actor Laurence Fox.
