Gillian Anderson on Her Pregnancy: “I Eat and Sit on My Butt”

Gillian Anderson, who is expecting her third child in October, says no to working out!
“The only thing I do when I’m pregnant is eat and sit on my butt!” Gillian, 39, told Us magazine at the Hollywood premiere of X-Files: I Want to Believe on Wednesday.
As for pregnancy cravings, “I’m not really craving anything, but there’s the lazy part of me that thinks, ‘What’s the point in working out until I have the baby?’ Then we’ll actually do something!” she said.
“I know that’s not necessarily the right way to look at it,” she added, “but that’s just me.”
Gillian told Us magazine that besides having “a couple of films coming out later in the year that I’ll do some promotion for,” she plans on focusing her life on mommyhood.
Gillian and beau Mark Griffiths have a 20-month-old son, Oscar. Gillian also has a daughter Piper, 13, from a prior marriage.

She has a daughter from a former marriage. A 20 month old little boy with her present boyfriend and another on the way. You shouldn’t down women for making bad choices in men that is their only bad move. No matter what having the baby is not a bad choice. The man is.

There is something about her that always irritated me, I do plan on seeing the movie, not because of her but because of the storyline.

I love that Gillian has kept her children out of the spotlight. With all the publicity that The X-Files generated, with all the magazine covers and atricles, not one picture of her children have appeared in 13 years. Good for her! I love that she is putting their privacy above free publicity!
