Helena Bonham Carter Reveals Her Daughter’s Name
August 7th, 2008
Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton have finally confirmed the name of their 7-month old daughter – Nell!
Helena, 42, confirmed the name during a phone interview with the Jewish Journal.
Helena said that her daughter was named Nell after “all the Helens in the family.” Helena’s mother is named Elena and her grandmother was called Helene.
Rumors had surfaced previously that the baby was named Indiana Rose, however the reports were never confirmed by the couple, and a friend told People magazine, “Her name was never going to be Indiana Rose.”
Helena and Tim also have a son Billy, 4.

How predictible! How unoriginal!
So many kids are called Nell in the UK these days, that when she starts school at 5, she will be forever known as Nell B!
20 kids in the class, 10 girls, and what! 3 or 4 of them will be called Nell!

I’ve never even heard the name Nell before not as a nickname. I doubt Nell is that popular of a name.

It’s a normal name, better than calling her Peaches, Apple, Plum, Kiwi, Lychee or some other stupid made up celeb name.
