Jodie Sweetin On How She Lost The Baby Weight

Jodie Sweetin, here with 5-month-old daughter Zoie and husband Cody Herpin, has lost 45 pounds since giving birth in April. She tells OK! it wasn’t easy, saying “It was hell, but in a good way.”
Of her first day of working with trainer Joshua Love after Zoie’s birth, Jodie says, “Halfway through the first workout, I thought I was going to throw up.”
“It was really good to feel my muscles again,” says Jodie. “[Joshua] had me doing stuff that used my body weight.”
“Training included a lot of squats, step-ups, push-ups and planks,” says trainer Joshua.
Jodie signed on to do her first movie, Port City, right after giving birth. “It was good motivation for me to get back in shape. This business is pretty image-heavy.”
“In my day-to-day life I’m pretty happy with the way I look, and when I shot the movie [last month], I was really happy with how far I had come,” says Jodie.
While she looks great to us, Jodie says she wants to slim down even more. “I’m down to 129 pounds right now,” she tells OK!. “I’d like to lose five pounds more – those last five are really hard.”
“Being a mom, you find yourself running around and being a lot more active, and I think that helps a lot.” Good work, Jodie!

can i just say, hate the name
if im interpreting right: “joie” is a french name which is pronounced the same as “joy” so this babies name is not zoe at all it is actually “zoy” i detest mothers who cannot reasearch, possibly one of the MOST important, decisions they will make about their child propeprly
