Kelly Rutherford & Daniel Giersch Settle Custody Battle

Kelly Rutherford, 40, and German businessman Daniel Giersch have settled their contentious custody battle.
Kelly and Daniel will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, son Hermes, 2, and daughter Helena, who was born on June 8th.
Kelly filed for divorce in January after two years of marriage. Kelly and Daniel will temporarily relocate from California to New York while she films Gossip Girl. From July 30th through April 5th, Kelly will live in NYC while Daniel will reside in the Hamptons.
According to court documents, both parents will also attend co-parenting counseling sessions.

How can she share joint physical custody while the children are still nursing? Her daughter is only a couple months old.

Tam …. I doubt she uses formula since she recently said she was still breast feeding the 3-year-old!!
I think it’s ironically funny that after all that mud slinging, they ended up with joint custody, which is the same result they would have ended up with if they acted like adults!

Only 2 years of marriage? What is wrong with Hollywood marriage’s this day in age? 2 years isn’t even very long and these two look so adorable together! They actually look really cute together…so sad that he had to be a creep and their marriage went so sour!

After all the fighting & press statements, they decided on joint custody. Wow….how immature. Act like the parents that your children deserve.
