Britney reunited with her expectant sis for her May 2nd baby shower.

“It was wonderful to be able to spend time with her and just be girls again,” Jamie Lynn, 17, told OK! magazine in an interview about seeing her sister for the first time in months. “We painted our nails and did stupid stuff.”

Even better, explained Jamie Lynn, was that she was able to have some one-on-one time with Britney: “To be able to be in the privacy of our own home and just be sisters again was wonderful.”

Mother-of-two Britney even shared some words of wisdom with her pregnant sibling. “She told me, ‘There are going to be some long nights, but it is completely worth it,’” Jamie Lynn recalled to OK! magazine.

As for whether or not the pop superstar will make it back home to Louisiana when Jamie Lynn has the baby, Jamie Lynn told OK! magazine, “Nothing is set in stone, but that would be wonderful. I’d love to have her here for that, but you can’t plan that far ahead.”

Even if Britney isn’t there in person for her younger sister, the two are in almost-constant contact, said Jamie Lynn.

Jamie Lynn Spears was feted with an intimate baby shower in Kentwood, La. on Saturday.

About 30 guests were invited – including big sis Britney – to Kentwood for a ladies-only, catered celebration for the 17-year-old at the family’s Serenity mansion. (Britney hadn’t been back to her hometown since her aunt’s funeral early last year.)

“Jamie Lynn opened every gift,” says a source, adding that mom Lynne and fiancé Casey Aldridge’s mother lent a hand. “We all sat in a circle and she opened gifts and thanked every person. It was just a good old-fashioned baby shower.”

In March, the Zoey 101 star registered for baby gifts at Babies “R” Us.

Though sheriff’s deputies were posted at the gate and paparazzi circled in helicopters, “it was a normal shower,” says the source. “A wonderful, sweet occasion.”

Pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears, 16, and boyfriend Casey Aldridge are engaged, his cousin, Tina Robinson, confirmed to Us magazine.

“He proposed a few days ago, and she accepted,” Tina told Us magazine.

Tina said that she hadn’t seen a ring and didn’t know whether they would wed before or after Jamie Lynn delivers.

“They probably weren’t expecting [the proposal] to be, like, right now, but with her being pregnant, that really pushed it up,” Tina shared. 

Jamie Lynn and Casey, 18, announced they were expecting their first child together in December.

Around the time of their big news, Casey’s uncle, Odus Jackson, 71, told Us magazine that he was “hopeful” for a future wedding.

“It would be something that we could all look forward to in time and that it would not be a forced thing even if it happened,” he said.

Jamie Lynn, star of the Nickelodeon hit Zoey 101, recently got her GED.

She and Casey have been spotted around her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.

Just a reminder that Britney will be making a special guest appearance on tonight’s episode of “How I met Your Mother.”

Britney will portray a wacky receptionist in love with Ted (Josh Radnor) in the episode. Unfortunately, Ted is in love with the receptionist’s boss, a doctor played by “Scrubs” star Sarah Chalke.

During the show, Britney undergoes a transformation of sorts.

“Initially, she’s wearing glasses and is a little mousey and, as she develops this crush, she gets a little foxier, tries to impress me,” said Josh Radnor.

After the show, Britney’s wardrobe will be auctioned off online. The money will benefit an environmental organization.

“How I met Your Mother” airs Monday night at 8:30 ET on CBS.

With less than three months left before she becomes a mom, Jamie Lynn Spears is living it up — shopping, hanging out with her friends and behaving like any other normal teenage girl.

Even though the paparazzi have invaded her hometown of Kentwood, La., Jamie Lynn seems to be handling it very well. “She has such a level head on her. She is handling this situation with a maturity that is surprising even her own family,” a friend of the Zoey 101 star told OK! magazine.

On March 9th, Jamie Lynn attended a local baseball game. A few days later she went on a coffee run with a girlfriend, and on March 13th, she hit up one of her favorite local shops, Connie’s Jewelry & Gifts, for a few trinkets. “She’s behaving like a pretty normal teen,” the friend shared. “She’s not even worried about how much weight she puts on or doing any special exercises. At her age, her body will bounce right back and she knows it.”

As far as her relationship with her sister is concerned, the friend told OK! magazine that Britney and Jamie Lynn talk at least every couple of weeks, and are working to re-establish the closeness they once had.

Less than 24 hours after it was discovered that a deal had been worked out between Britney and Kevin’s lawyers that would allow Britney supervised visits with her children, Sean and Jayden came to visit Britney at her L.A. home.

Around 9am PT on Saturday, a Dodge truck carrying Sean Preston, 2, and one-year-old Jayden James entered Britney’s gated community, The Summit.

By noon, the boys were on their way back home to Kevin. “They definitely had smiles on their faces after the visit,” one witness told OK! magazine.

Also inside the house during the visit were Britney’s father Jamie Spears, a pyschologist, one of Kevin’s bodyguards, the court-ordered monitor, and a lawyer. According to a source,  Britney was not allowed to leave the common area of the house, where Jamie and the others could supervise, without the children.

This was the first time the boys have seen their mother since the January 3rd standoff with authorities that landed Britney in the hospital for several nights. Until this visit, she had only been allowed to speak with her children during short phone conversations.

Heidi Klum wants to help her neighbor…Britney Spears.

Heidi, 34, says that her family would welcome Britney, 26, with open arms as the troubled singer seeks to reassemble her life.

“She can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months. I would help set her straight,” Heidi, who was born in Germany, tells broadcaster ARD in an interview set to air Monday in her native country, the Associated Press reports.

“I am sorry when a young person gets thrown so off track. She has, of course, lived an extremely wild life,” added Heidi, according to an interview transcript.

A Beverly Hills resident, like Britney, Heidi is a mother of three (the children, two boys and a girl, are aged 1, 2 and 3) and married to the singer Seal.

Heidi believes that the pop star could benefit from being in her stable household.

“I have never been as happy as I am today,” says Heidi. “I have found the man of my life, and we have three great kids. They are all so different and fantastic that it really can’t get better than this.”

OMG! If Heidi and Britney sharing a house shouldn’t be a reality tv show, I don’t know what should be! I guess Heidi is just trying to return the favor of Britney teaching her how to use a diaper! In an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Heidi  said that Britney taught her the proper way to put on a diaper.

Heidi, 34, got the tips after Britney showed up uninvited to her Halloween bash at L.A.’s Green Door lounge.

“We were talking about babies and diapers and she explained to me a lot of things about diapers I that didn’t know,” Heidi told Ellen.

“You know these sticky things on the side? I never knew that they were there. To close them in the front, I was always putting string around. I had no idea,” Heidi said.

“It’s very clever,” she added. “I learned a lot of things.”
