Christina Aguilera, 28, and son Max, 1, were snapped with orange-suited DJ Lance Rock at the first ever Yo Gabba Gabba!: “There’s A Party In My City” live performance at The Shrine Auditorium on November 14th in LA.
Christina recently talked about life as a mother. “When the sun goes down my whole body starts to come alive, although I am a little different now because I do have a child and my hours have been turned upside down for him,” Christina said. “But I’m still naturally a night owl. If it were up to me my favorite time to work would be between three to four a.m., which is what it used to be before my baby was born.”

Christina Aguilera was happy to gush about her 10-month-old son, Max, at the Target “A Night of Music” event in L.A. on Sunday.
“He is so close to walking now, it’s crazy,” Christina told Us magazine at the event.
“He is a mover and shaker,” Christina told Us magazine of Max, who will celebrate his first birthday on January 12th. “He is constantly moving, constantly banging on things. I don’t know what that means; maybe he is a drummer in the making, I don’t know. He is just so much fun and I have the best time with him. Every single day is a way for me to see life through brand new eyes. It really is an incredible thing for me every day.”
With Thanksgiving just a few days away, Christina can’t wait to begin celebrating the holiday season!
“Holidays are huge to me, so I am really looking forward to spending the holidays with my family and being able to appreciate the fact that it is my son’s first Thanksgiving and Christmas.”
Christina’s next goal is to become an accomplished cook.
“My mom loves to cook really southern, good, buttery, salty, delicious, bad-for-your-arteries kind of food, but it is amazing, and I hope to be a cook like that someday because one thing that I look forward to whenever I do go home is tasting my mom’s home cooking,” she said. “I want to do the same for Max. Cooking is my next goal in life to achieve.”

Christina Aguilera’s new “Rock The Vote” PSA has been unveiled! Christina sings beautifully as she holds and rocks her now 6-month-old son Max Liron, swaddled in the American flag.

Christina Aguilera is urging Americans to vote – and she’s using her 5-month-old son, Max, to help spread the word.
Christina and Max will star in an upcoming Rock the Vote public service announcement, Christina, 27, announced on Wednesday night’s Larry King Live.
“It was really important for me to get involved and get excited about this election in particular,” said Christina, “being such one of change and new development for our country and for the future of my son.”
In the PSA, Christina holds Max and sings “America the Beautiful.” It’s a takeoff on a 1992 Rock the Vote commercial with Madonna wrapped in the American flag.
“But instead of wrapping myself,” explained Christina, “I would wrap my son, sort of pass it on to the next generation.”
The singer revealed that she restrained her powerful voice this time around. “Since I’m holding my son, I’m not going to, you know, belt in his face or anything like that,” she said. “But it was really, really nice to bring it down to a really intimate moment between me and my son.”
Christina didn’t mind putting Max in the spotlight since she says he’ll end up in the public eye anyway – and it’s for a good cause. “What a great way to sort of subject him in such a positive way [and] do something as positive as getting people to vote,” she said.
Ironically, Christina admitted that she didn’t cast her first ballot until 2004.
“As a woman, that’s embarrassing for me that it took me that long just because . . . we weren’t always given that right,” said Christina, adding that politics weren’t discussed in her house when she was a kid. “And I think it’s really taken for granted, especially with the younger generation now, you know?”
As for Barack Obama vs. John McCain, Christina declined to endorse either, saying, “It’s just exciting, all the way around.”
