Despite the rumors, Denise Richards won’t be appearing on “Dancing With the Stars”

“No, I am not doing ‘Dancing With the Stars,’” Denise told Access Hollywood on Sunday at a Clothes Off Our Backs charity event.

But she will be watching from home.

“I love the show, that is my popcorn night with my girls,” she said. “I love to watch the dancing, the girls love looking at the dresses.”

As for her own reality show, Denise said another season of “It’s Complicated” could be in the cards.

“We’re having great conversations about season two,” she shared.

Apparently Charlie Sheen became so angry with Sam and Lola’s pediatrician, that he paid him with change! Charlie reportedly asked his children’s doctor, Peter Waldstein, to stop treating his daughters, according to his ex-wife Denise Richards’ wishes, and when the doctor refused, Charlie collected $380 in nickels to settle an outstanding bill. According to TMZ.com, Charlie was upset that the doctor was immunizing his young children without his permission. Wow! That is 7,600 nickels…almost 84 pounds of nickels!

Charlie’s representative, Stan Rosenfield, has hit back at the doctor for going public with the story: “Dr. Waldstein should spend more time treating his patients than leaking stories to TMZ.”

Denise accused Charlie Sheen of a truly awful thing, and the judge thought the accusations were baseless and threw the whole thing out.

Denise Richards went too far when she falsely accused her ex, Charlie Sheen, of molesting their daughters - and now Sheen will move for full custody of the kids by charging that their mother is a liar. A source said, “Denise’s accusations were vile. She was basically trying to say Charlie [manipulated] the kids and acted inappropriately with them. It’s disgusting and totally untrue. Charlie is furious . . . Denise has really pushed it too far this time.

“She came after Charlie because the ratings on her E! reality show [’It’s Complicated’] have tanked and they were threatening not to renew,” the source said. “She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge’s chambers - which wasn’t allowed. It’s ridiculous.”

Sheen is said to be so furious, he’s “out to prove Denise’s lack of veracity and sue her in civil court for defamation. Then he’ll sue for child custody… Charlie has now been forced to take a stand and do what’s best for the girls,” our insider said. Reps for Richards and Sheen declined comment.

Denise needs to stop spending so much time with her attorney(s) and start spending more time with her two daughters. Think of all the psychic energy that she is wasting on this mess. It is truly sad.

Though Denise Richards is very fitness-focused she says that she will never complain about her weight in front of her daughters.

“I’ll never talk about weight around them,” Denise told Shape magazine in its May issue. “And they’ll never hear me say, ‘Mommy’s feeling fat today.’ That kind of attitude just makes young girls grow up to be dissatisfied with their bodies.”

Instead, Denise says she tries to set an active example for her daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 2.

“Working out is part of my life, not just an I-have-to-get-ready-for-a-photo-shoot thing,” she shared with the magazine. “I exercise almost every day. The girls usually play in the workout room with me, so they’re learning by example.”

And while Denise has been criticized by some (including ex-husband Charlie Sheen) for including her daughters in her upcoming E! reality show, Denise says she works hard to stay positive.

It’s an attitude she attributes to her late mother, Joni, who died of cancer in November. Said Denise: “Even at the end, when things were really dire for my mother, she was never negative. There was an inner strength about her.”

And Denise hopes to pass that along to her daughters. “I want to teach my girls the importance of picking yourself up and moving forward.”

Denise Richards is getting her own reality show!

The actress and single mom is set to star an untitled E! series which will follow her around as she “navigates Hollywood, romance and motherhood.” The show, which is being produced by Ryan Seacrest’s company, will debut in the summer.

Before the cameras even began rolling, Denise’s show has been in the headlines. She faced objections from ex-husband Charlie Sheen who was unhappy with her plans to feature their daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, on the show. But in January, Denise was granted permission by a court commissioner to include her daughters in the show.

“The show will give viewers an inside look at what it’s like for Denise to go through these ups and downs while always in the public eye,” said Lisa Berger, Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Series Development for E!, in a statement. “At the core of this series is a resilient single mom who is trying to get her life back on track.”

Hmmm…she probably should not have persisted with the show in consideration of Charlie’s feelings.

Denise Richards will be able to do a reality show that includes her two daughters despite Charlie Sheen being against it. Denise took Charlie Sheen to family court yesterday and the judge decided to let her do the show with her girls, but he set certain restrictions. It’s unknown what those restrictions are, but Denise is apparently happy with the judge’s decision.
