After some confusion, Heidi Klum and Seal did indeed welcome a daughter on Friday!

Heidi, 36, and husband, Seal, 46, welcomed Lou Sulola Samuel on Friday in L.A.

“It’s difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children,” Seal wrote in a statement to Us magazine. “Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?”

At 7:46 p.m. on Friday, he continued, “the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter… From the moment she looked into both of our eyes it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years.”

Despite multiple reports stating Heidi Klum gave birth to a baby girl early Friday morning, a source told Us magazine that the claims are untrue.

RadarOnline.com reported that Heidi, 36, gave birth at 1 a.m. to a daughter named Lou Samuel.

The source told Us magazine that this didn’t happen but that labor is imminent.

Heidi, who is wed to singer Seal, recently filed a petition to change her last name to her married name, “Samuel.” (She will still use Klum professionally.)

Klum’s rep had no comment.

An expectant Heidi, 36, was snapped taking Henry, 4, Johan, 2, and Leni, 5, to Karate class in Hollywood on Tuesday.
When they were snapped leaving the karate school, Leni, Johan, and Henri had graduated from Taekwondo and were sporting yellow belts.

Heidi recently shared that she believes parents are responsible for their children’s eating disorders. She doesn’t blame the fashion and entertainment world for eating disorders as she believes that it’s the parents’ role to instill healthy habits.

“You can’t look at Hollywood and blame it, you have to make up your own mind whether you want to be fit, or super skinny. You can’t blame other people. It’s your own choice and if you have children, it is up to the parent to educate your children so they are healthy and they don’t go into a direction of anorexia or obesity,” Heidi said at the recent L.A. Confidential Magazine party to celebrate her cover. “It is up to you as a parent, it is hard to feed children right. I deal with it on a daily basis; it is much harder to make sure they eat right.”

Heidi and Seal also recently attended the Los Angeles launch of Bill Gates’s “Get School” initiative (designed to bring together students, families and community leaders to reform education across America) and Heidi shared that she has some concerns about showbiz careers.

“When you hear that every 26 seconds drops out of school you get worried. You want them to stay in school and you want them to have a vision of what they want to be and give them ideas and encourage them. I definitely want to get involved and do that, think about job ideas,” Heidi explained. “Nowadays children look at everyone in the magazines and they want to be a basketball star or on a television show, but there is only so many people who can do those things and not that you shouldn’t aim or dream for these things, but there are so many other fantastic jobs. So it’s good to talk about how to get there and how difficult it is to get there.”

Heidi is almost nine months pregnant with her fourth child and is busy trying to tame the other three who excitedly jump on her big belly because they “don’t really understand there is actually a real human being in there.”

Heidi shared that she doesn’t know if she’ll be back to her bikini body in time for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in November.

“I have to play it by ear; I might be cutting it a little short this time. I’m still going to have my Halloween party, that’s okay because I can put a big costume on but walking in a g-string is a little hard,” Heidi added. “It’s all cute when you’re pregnant, but once you’ve had the baby it’s not so… well, it takes time.”

Heidi offered her best advice for dressing for two: “I think the bigger you get, in the end it’s better to go smaller,” she told E! News’ Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet.

Her strapless Marchesa gown was formfitted to show off her baby bump.

Heidi explained that she hadn’t found a baby name yet, but “maybe if we win, it will be Emmy!” she laughed.

Heidi Klum, who is expecting her fourth child in October (a girl!), opened up about the last month of pregnancy being the worst.

“The last month is unbelievable, how rapidly your stomach goes. It’s huge,” Heidi, 36, told Page Six magazine (out on September 10th). “The thighs, the butt — everything explodes in the end.”

Heidi, who famously sported a bikini at the 2005 Victoria’s Secret fashion show just two months after giving birth to son Henry, said she’ll regain her pre-baby bod.

“It’s bizarre. Just as it’s a miracle that you can grow a human being in your belly, it’s a miracle that your body goes back to normal again,” she shared. “I don’t think you ever get back to exactly the way you were, but you do get close. And I’m happy with that. Especially when you see your kid for the first time.”

Heidi also opens up about what makes her husband, Seal, “the one.” Heidi and Seal celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in May by renewing their vows with a “white trash” celebration in Malibu.

“Aside from his sexy stature? He’s a gentle giant,” she said of Seal, 46, who is six-foot-three. “We’re very into family values. If you come to our house in L.A., you’ll see that it’s not a big, museum-like house where you can’t touch anything or sit anywhere. It’s a family house, where three children [Leni, Henry, 4; and Johann, 3] are living. We have toys all over the place.”

An expectant Heidi Klum, 36, was snapped at Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills with Leni, 5, and Henry, 3, on Monday.

Heidi, who is expecting a daughter with husband Seal, says she is embracing her changing physique. 

“I tend to be rounder with girls. The love handles are peaking in the back!” she recently said.

“You get used to all the changes of your body. It’s not like I’m going, “Oh my God!’ I’m used to that part of it. You feel like a Buddha!” she added.

Heidi also shared that she has never felt happier.

“My mood is the same this time as with all the other pregnancies,” she told In Touch magazine. “I always feel great! I never really change.”

She also said that she isn’t worried about getting back in shape following her daughter’s birth. She certainly has no reason to worry considering that she graced the Victoria’s Secret catwalk a mere two months after giving birth to Henry!

She affirmed: “I know my body will go back again.”
