Britney, 27, and Jamie Lynn, 18, were snapped playing by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel pool in Miami on Monday with Sean Preston, 3, Jayden James, 2, and Maddie Briann, 1. Grandparents Jamie and Lynne and also enjoyed the day with their grandchildren.

“They both looked to be in pretty good shape,” a witness told Us magazine of Britney and Jamie Lynn.

The family, “sat around the pool for about 20 minutes,” the witness shared. “Then Britney worked on her tan while Jamie Lynn took her daughter and her mom to a cabana on the beach.

“They seemed pretty relaxed. Everyone was smiling,” the witness said.

When the weather became overcast around 2 p.m., the family headed inside for lunch, the witness continued.

Britney’s Circus tour hits Orlando Tuesday night, and Miami on Wednesday.

UPDATE: While several reports are claiming that Jamie Lynn is pregnant again, an unimpeachable source has told TMZ that Jamie Lynn is not expecting.

According to The National Enquirer, Jamie Lynn Spears is expecting her second child, and her friends are begging her to abort. Jamie Lynn, 17, gave birth to Maddie Briann on June 19th. 

Jamie’s desperate to keep the news secret and some people close to her are urging her to consider ending the pregnancy, sources say.
 
“Jamie Lynn is about eight weeks pregnant, and she and her mom Lynne are hysterical,” revealed a close source.  “Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they’re trying to keep the news from getting out.”

The unplanned pregnancy came as a shock to Jamie Lynn, who had been been breast-feeding her infant daughter Maddie Briann, insiders say.

“Jamie Lynn believed she couldn’t get pregnant while she was breast-feeding,” said the close source. “She’d expected to have her period by early September.” A home pregnancy test came back positive and Jamie Lynn cried her eyes out, said the source. 

Her mother Lynne was livid when she found out, divulged an insider.

Meanwhile, insiders say that those close to Jamie Lynn are urging her to terminate the pregnancy.

“They’ve reminded Jamie Lynn how much trouble she had adjusting to motherhood with Maddie, and pointed out that having a second baby now would only be a recipe for disaster,” said the close source.

In one of her first appearances since giving birth, Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, was snapped taking her 7-week-old daughter Maddie Briann to Wal-Mart in McComb, Miss, on Wednesday.

Afterwards they stopped for lunch at the Spears’ family favorite, Nyla’s Burger Basket.

Jamie Lynn gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann, her first child with fiance Casey Aldridge, on June 19th and is now living in domestic bliss in their new home in Liberty, Miss. “I love taking care of her,” the Zoey 101 star told OK! magazine. “It is so much fun. I just want to hug her and kiss her, and I’m happy all the time.

Casey’s paternal instincts kicked right in the second Maddie was out of the womb. “As soon as she was born, he scooped her right up and was rocking her,” Jamie Lynn gushed. “It was amazing. Guys are always a little awkward, and he was perfect with her.”

The nursery is still picture perfect because Maddie currently sleeps in a bassinet in the master bedroom. “I picked everything out for the nursery,” Jamie Lynn explained. “Casey put the crib together. He took a day to hang up all the pictures.”

Found on the shelf in the nursery is a tiara that reads “Mother to Be.” That’s no longer the case now! “The first time I saw her, it was surreal,” Jamie Lynn said of the birth. “You can’t even imagine that moment.”

Maddie’s middle name Briann is an ode to Casey’s cousin Brian, who died in a car accident a week before her birth, and Jamie Lynn’s brother Bryan. As for her first name, dad gets all the credit. “Maddie is a name that Casey thought of, and I really liked it,” Jamie Lynn said.

Jamie Lynn’s hopes for her daughter? “I hope she has good friends, finds a hobby that she loves and is really sure of herself and knows exactly what she wants to do,” she said.

They are such an adorable family!

Jamie Lynn welcomed her daughter , Maddie Briann Aldridge, on June 19th.

Jamie Lynn shared with OK! magazine that being away from the shining lights of Hollywood is making it all easier to learn the ins and outs of first-time motherhood. “Around here, everyone has the same focus,” Jamie Lynn told OK! magazine. “The focus is family, and that’s a good way to live.”

“They’d told me it would be an eight- to 12-hour labor, and I was ready to have the baby in three to four hours,” Jamie Lynn told OK! magazine. “I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed.”

Whie Jamie Lynn, 17, and her fiancé have not yet set a date for their wedding, the couple remains closer than ever. Jamie Lynn, who told OK! magazinethat while her labor was induced, she gave birth naturally and without complications, says that Casey was the one person she wanted in the delivery room with her.

“Once I got in there, my doctor was just so calm and so good it was not bad at all,” she said. “I was just talking to Casey. And you know what’s so weird? I was asking him if he was okay. He was like, ‘Yeah.’ We were both so excited.”

A baby nursery is set up for little Maddie at the other end of the house, but for now her proud parents like having her next to them at night, so she sleeps in a bassinet in the same room as Jamie Lynn and Casey.

“She is very good,” said Jamie Lynn. “She’ll feed every two or three hours. When she wakes up in the middle of the night, I’ll feed her and she goes right back to sleep. There’s no screaming and crying.”

The proud mother continued, “We get up in the morning, and she gets her little bath. Then I get my bath. We have a routine, and I love routines. I’ve worked one out with her, and we’re happy going about our little life.”

Jamie Lynn, Casey and little Maddie were catching up on rest Saturday following the birth Thursday at a hospital in McComb, Miss., near the Spears family home across the state line in Kentwood, La., a source told People magazine.

Jamie Lynn was discharged from the hospital overnight Friday. Their car had a police escort home.

“They’re doing terrific,” the source said. “The baby’s got 10 fingers and 10 toes … and a full head of hair. She’s long, a tall baby, and she weighs 7 lbs, 11 oz.”

When the baby was born at about 9:30 a.m., Jamie Lynn’s sister, Britney Spears, and the rest of the Spears and Aldridge families were just outside the birthing room in the spacious maternity suite.

The relatives then joined the new family in the birthing room and took turns holding Maddie Briann and commenting on her features. When new grandmother Joyce Aldridge held the baby, she remarked that Maddie “has Casey’s toes,” the source shared.

Jamie Lynn, 17, and Casey, 19, intend to get married soon, but no date has been announced. Jamie Lynn recently purchased a home in nearby Liberty, Miss., where she and Casey have been living for about three weeks.

Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge’s decision to name their newborn daughter Maddie Briann is “a surprising choice,” baby name expert Pam Satran, coauthor of baby-naming guides Cool Names and The Baby Name Bible, told Us magazine.

“[Maddie is] cute but nearly old-fashioned at this point,” Pam Satran said. “The nickname Maddie has been popular in its own right since the 1980s, when it was the name used by the character played by Cybill Shepherd in Moonlighting.”

The name is short for Madeline (the French variation of Magdalen, which is Greek for “high tower) or Madison (of English origin, meaning “son of the mighty warrior”), which was a top name several years ago, Pam Satran explained.

“Both Jamie and Maddie are ’80s-style nickname names,” Pam Satran added. “Rather than mother and daughter, they sound like classmates – co-captains of the cheerleading squad!”

As for Maddie’s middle name, Briann, Pam Satran revealed its “a modern feminization of Brian, Irish for ’strong.’

Briann, Brian, Brianne and Brianna have been trending downward over the past several years, Pam Satran pointed out.

Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge welcomed a baby girl Thursday morning.

The baby was named Maddie Briann. Maddie weighed 7 lbs., 11 ounces.

“Just the family was there,” said a source about the birth around 9:30 a.m. at Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi, near her Louisiana hometown. “Everyone is healthy and happy.”

Jamie Lynn’s sister Britney, father Jamie and brother Bryan flew in Wednesday to be with her for the birth; her mother Lynne had been with her helping her get ready for the baby.

Since announcing her pregnancy in December, Jamie Lynn has kept a low-profile in her hometown of Kentwood, La.

With her Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 already ended, Jamie Lynn went home to prepare for the birth of her baby. The actress, 17, and Casey, 19, got engaged in March. Recently, the couple purchased a three-bedroom home in Liberty, Miss., where Casey went to high school.

Over the last few months, Jamie Lynn has kept busy by passing her GED exam, preparing the nursery and attending multiple baby showers.

Jamie Lynn’s Zoey 101 costar, Erin Sanders, told People magazine earlier this year that the actress will be a fun mother.

“She is just a very good-hearted and warm person,” he said. “We would always hang out on the set and she is a lot of fun, so I think she’s going to be an easygoing, fun mom.”
