Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony, 40, were snapped arriving via private jet at Rome’s Ciampino Airport on Wednesday with their 17-month-old twins, Maximilian and Emme. The couple did some shopping in Via Condotti without the twins.

The grand shopping excursion came on the heels of a weekend of partying to mark Jennifer’s 40th birthday.

Jennifer Lopez, 39, and her son, Max, 1, were snapped on the set of her latest movie ’The Backup Plan’ in Pasadena, CA.

Jennifer has shared that she delights in combining work with motherhood.

“I bring the babies to work with me. I love it,” she said. “Honestly, one of the best days of my life was the first day back working on this film – I wanted to do this film really badly – and bringing my babies with me that morning.”

She continued, “I was like, “Oh my God, they’re with me, I’m making a movie, they’re here!” It’s great having kids on set. It’s the best.”"

A year after welcoming twins Max and Emme, Jennifer Lopez is back at work, shooting the romantic comedy The Back-Up.

“The few days before I got really nervous,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I was like, ‘What if I forgot how to act?!”

How does she balance work and motherhood?

“I bring the babies to work with me. I love it,” she shared. “Honestly, one of the best days of my life was the first day back working on this film — I wanted to do this film really badly — and bringing my babies with me that morning. I was like, ‘Oh my God, they’re with me, I’m making a movie, they’re here!’ It’s great having kids on set. It’s the best.”

As for getting back in shape?

“It did take a lot of work,” Jennifer, 39, admitted. “I thought it was gonna drop off easily because I had been in shape my whole life, but it wasn’t. I gained about 50 pounds with my twins, and the first 30 dropped off like that, and I was like, ‘Ha, this is gonna be so easy.’ That last 20 — that took a while.”

Jennifer Lopez will never forget the night she and husband Marc Anthony discovered a lump on daughter Emme’s head. Emme and twin brother Max were only three weeks old at the time.

“We both got very nervous, very very nervous, and I just remember my heart sinking to my feet,” Lopez recalled at the recent Noche de Ninos gala benefit for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). “I looked at [Marc] and I said, ‘You know if anything happens, I’m not going to be okay, you know that right?’”

Lopez and Anthony rushed Emme to Children’s Hospital, where she underwent a battery of tests, including an MRI. “Luckily in the end,” Lopez said, “she turned out fine.”

But it turned into something more for the hospital…

Shortly after the scare, the singer-actress joined forces with CHLA to form the Maribel Foundation to help provide pediatric medical services to the less fortunate.

“I started to wonder,” Lopez said, “what if I couldn’t afford a doctor, or receive the medicines, the procedures?”

Lopez also debuted a new song at the event, which she wrote for her twins. A recording of the ballad was played during a video highlighting the Foundation’s work. In it, Lopez sings, “Let’s keep this time for us and make it last as long as we can. It’s already going too fast.”

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have filed a $5 million-plus lawsuit against Silver Cross Ltd., blasting the company for using a photo of them pushing twins Max and Emme in old-fashioned Silver Cross prams.

Silver Cross prams cost $3,000 each.

“Jennifer Lopez will be the envy of Long Island when she’s out and about with their new baby twins, thanks to two beautiful Onyx Black Silver Cross Balmoral prams she has taken for the pair,” the company wrote in a caption on its Web site, according to the suit filed Wednesday in federal court.

The photo, originally published in People magazine, is now missing from Silver Cross’s Web site.

It showed Marc in a pink cardigan and Jennifer in a 1950’s-style floral dress pushing matching black prams. The twins were not visible. (Nicole Richie was also photographed proudly pushing her Silver Cross)

“Silver Cross are currently unaware of any proceedings taken against them and have had no communication from either Jennifer Lopez or her representatives on this matter,” Silver Cross spokeswoman Jessica Proudfoot told the Daily News.

According to the 27-page complaint, Silver Cross used the photo on its Web site and in print media and newsletters beginning in March 2008.

“[Silver Cross] intentionally deceived the public into believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor [its] products,” the suit claims. “In doing so, [Silver Cross] sought to associate their products with the reputations, goodwill and glamour of Lopez and Anthony, as well as Lopez’s world-famous brand of apparel, cosmetics and fragrances.”

Jennifer’s pit bull lawyers at Lavely Singer served Silver Cross with a cease and desist notice in April, the suit claims, to no avail.

“Lopez and Anthony have invested considerable time, money and energy in the development of their respective prominence and prestige in the public eye,” the lawsuit said. “Defendants have sought to illegally capitalize on plaintiffs’ hard work.”
