Katie Holmes, 30, was snapped playing with Suri, 3, and young actress Bailee Madison, 9, on the set of her new film ‘Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark’ in Macedon, Victoria, Australia today.
Reportedly, Katie recently treated Suri to lavish shopping spree to stop Suri from feeling homesick.
Katie took Suri shopping at Melbourne’s Target home store and treated Suri to a bicycle, a ‘Dora the Explorer’ piano, a Barbie doll, luxury bed sheets, lavish home accessories and a selection of traditional board games.
A source said: “Suri is a very well-behaved and adorable young lady. She seemed really pleased with her purchases.”

Tom Cruise celebrated his 47th birthday over the holiday weekend with Katie and Suri, 3.
On his July 3rd birthday, Tom caught an AFL (Australian Football League) match between between Geelong and St Kilda at Docklands from a private box. He and his family then enjoyed a quiet in Melbourne.
On July 5th they watched the stage production of Jersey Boys: The Story Of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons at Princess Theatre in Melbourne, Australia.
Since arriving on July 1st in Australia, Tom and his family have also visited the Melbourne Aquarium (where they posed with a sting ray) and Melbourne Zoo, where Tom bought Suri a toy kangaroo.
The family has a lot more time to spend in Australia as will be shooting her next movie, the horror flick Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, in Melbourne.

Katie Holmes and Suri, as well as Denise Richards and daughter Lola, were snapped coming out of dance class in Los Angeles yesterday. Still wearing her dance shoes, little Suri navigated her way down the stairs holding Katie’s hand, while a tired-looking Lola had to be carried out by mom Denise.
